It was great working with Michele. Her deep knowledge of the market was an asset. With three owners, communication could have been a challenge, but she kept us all updated. When a number of showings were scheduled quickly, she guided us through an offer deadline, resulting in both a quick sale and close. She also helped us by providing local contacts to help empty the house. I look forward to working with Michele again.
